    Klikol Terms of Service (TOS)

    1. Introduction

    Klikol.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a service platform that enables users to request the procurement of goods or services listed by third parties (“Sellers”). We are not a marketplace, and we do not act as an escrow service. Instead, Klikol provides a purchase facilitation service on behalf of Buyers, connecting them with Sellers and ensuring that transactions occur smoothly within the platform.

    By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

    Account Registration and Access

    To utilize the features of Klikol, including posting Listings or engaging in contests, you must create an account. Certain features, including those involving financial transactions, may only be available to Verified Accounts. Account verification is a process that we use to ensure the security and authenticity of our users.

    By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

     

    Modifications to the Terms

    We reserve the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of significant updates. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

    These Terms apply to all users of Klikol, including but not limited to Buyers, Sellers, and Service Providers.

    2. Definitions

    For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms will have the meanings outlined below:

    • “Platform” refers to Klikol.com, which facilitates the procurement of goods or services listed by third-party Sellers.
    • “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform, including both buyers and sellers.
    • “Buyer” refers to any user purchasing a product or service through the platform.
    • “Seller” refers to any user offering a product or service for sale through the platform.
    • “Post” refers to any content, including but not limited to product offerings, service listings, and contests, that a User (Seller or otherwise) posts on the platform.
    • “Buy Now” refers to the ability to immediately purchase a listed product, which activates the payment and transaction process.
    • “Guaranteed Payment” refers to the feature offered on certain listings where the transaction is guaranteed and verified before the seller ships the product.
    • “Service Provider” refers to users offering services (e.g., rides, delivery, or freelance work) for sale through the platform.
    • “Verified Account” refers to accounts that have passed identity verification, which may include submitting identification documents and other verification processes.
    • “Contests” refers to opportunities where Users can submit proposals, and prizes are awarded based on user voting or the discretion of the listing creator.
    • “Transaction” refers to any exchange between Buyer and Seller facilitated by Klikol, including payments and the delivery of goods or services.

    2. Role of Klikol

    When a buyer places an order:

    • They are hiring Klikol to attempt to procure a listing or item from a third-party seller. 
    • Klikol does not guarantee the availability, condition, or quality of the listed item.
    • The transaction is considered a service rendered by Klikol upon attempted fulfillment.

    3. Payment & Service Fees

    All payments made through Klikol:

    • Are for our handling, verification, and procurement services, not directly for the product itself.
    • Include a non-refundable service fee (e.g., 9% of the listing price) used to manage transaction risks and operational costs.
    • Are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion. 

    4. Verification and Controls

    Klikol reserves the right to:

    • Manually review and flag suspicious transactions.
    • Approve or reject any order for any reason.
    • Hold or cancel fulfillment if we suspect fraud or abuse.

    Only verified users (ID + face checked) may access certain services like “Guaranteed Payment.”

    6. Buyer Acknowledgment

    By placing an order on Klikol, the buyer agrees:

    • Klikol is not the seller, manufacturer, or owner of the listed item.
    • The buyer is paying Klikol to procure and facilitate a third-party transaction.
    • The buyer will not dispute the payment via their bank, credit card, or PayPal.

    7. Changes and Termination

    Klikol may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the latest version.

     

    Klikol may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion without liability.
